Technical assistance is provided online in the form of Technical White Papers, FAQ's and
Knowledge Base (available soon!). Veraterm products all have extensive F1 Help
manuals installed. If you require further assistance, our technical experts
can help you.
Email Support
Email support is available to all users of DMA's Veraterm products.
From the Veraterm Manager's Help menu, select Support > Contact Us to start a new email
to DMA Technical Support, containing your System Information. Note that this will only
work with Microsoft Outlook as your email program.
If you are using a different email system, then, instead, select Support > System Information
and copy the information to the clipboard. Then paste it in the body of your email to our
support staff.

Phone Support
Telephone support is available by Support Contract only.
From the Veraterm Manager's Help menu, select Support > System Information
to open an information window. DMA Technical Support will ask for some
of this information to verify your telephone support contract.
If the issue is something that can be answered immediately we will certainly attempt
to do that. Otherwise a support ticket will be opened and you will be contacted
as soon as possible with our response.
