Technology Reseller Program. For integrators, consultants, trainers,
developers and retailers in the business of selling to end user businesses.
Technology Provider Resellers also provide direct support for Veraterm products to their
clients and customers.

Consultant Program. For integrators, consultants, trainers,
and developers who do not wish to sell and support Veraterm products directly
to cliients and customers. Veraterm Consultants typically recommend
Veraterm solutions and are involved in client installation, configuration,
customization and training.

Partner Kit. Supplied to new Technology Partners on
application and qualification. Contains all the tools you will need to get
started. Includes up to three NFR (not for resale) Veraterm serial numbers
for qualified products.

Free Technical Support. Our goal is to help you provide
valuable solutions to your clients using Veraterm Technology. Front line
problem solving requires quality back end service - and we provide that in order
to pave the way for your success.

Veraterm Updates. You will receive advance notice of upcoming
products, updates and upgrades. Product updates are available to registered
serial number holders at no cost during the Partnership period. |

Development Support. Veraterm Consulting Services are available
to Partners at discounted rates to support customization efforts beyond the scope of

resellers of related products (such as ACT!, in the case of Veraterm for ACT!).
